DAY 3: MARRAKECH ⇢ OUZOUD WATERFALLS ⇢ MARRAKECH
Day trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls, located 170 km northeast of Marrakech. Discover the waterfalls, approximately 110 m high, in a landscape populated with birds and monkeys. Optional local guide available for walks or hikes at 1068 m elevation. Return to Marrakech in the evening.
DAY 4: MARRAKECH ⇢ ESSAOUIRA
Drive for a 3-hour trip to the port town of Essaouira. Optional visit to an Argan oil cooperative en route. Upon arrival, walking tour of the traditional port, arches, and 18th-century ramparts. Stop by Dutch cannons directed toward the sea and explore the local market featuring oak products. Lunch, then check into the Riad. Free afternoon. Overnight in Essaouira.
DAY 5: ESSAOUIRA ⇢ TAGHAZOUT ⇢ AGADIR
Depart Essaouira toward Agadir, passing the village of Taghazout. Observe the “flying goats” climbing Argan trees. After lunch, visit Paradise Valley and the Kasbah, providing a view of Agadir and the coast. DAY 6: AGADIR ⇢ TAROUDANT ⇢ TALIUINE ⇢ OUARZAZATE

After breakfast, depart Ouarzazate toward Merzouga Desert, passing Skoura, Roses Valley, Dades Valley, and Todra Gorge. Short walk in Todra Gorges and free time for lunch. Visit Erfoud before reaching the Erg Chebbi dunes, where you’ll ride camels to a desert camp. Enjoy Berber drumming around the bonfire after dinner. Overnight in the desert camp.
DAY 8: MERZOUGA ⇢ NOMAD FAMILIES ⇢ KHAMLIA ⇢ DESERT CAMP
Full day exploring the desert: visit Nomad families and Gnaoua village Khamlia, enjoy traditional music and Berber pizza. Camel ride to the desert camp for an overnight under the stars.
DAY 9: MERZOUGA ⇢ ERFOUD ⇢ MIDELT
Early morning sunrise walk over the dunes. Breakfast and camel ride back to meet your driver. Depart for Midelt, passing Rissani, Erfoud, and Ziz Valley, known as the apple capital. Overnight in Midelt.
DAY 10: MIDELT ⇢ FES
After breakfast, cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and Cedars Forest. Pass Ifrane, a winter ski resort built in the 1930s in Swiss style. Arrive in Fes in the afternoon. Overnight in Fes.
DAY 11: FULL DAY TO VISIT FES
Exploring day with a local guide in Fes, the old imperial city of Morocco. The tour starts from the Royal Palace gate, with a visit to a ceramics cooperative to see traditional Moroccan crafts.
